Mellow Yellow Monday 15NOV10

I was looking through a recipe book today and saw this interesting recipe. The picture had such vivid colors that I thought it might do for Mellow Yellow Monday. I can't imagine the meal--mostly cos I hate raw egg yolks--but it is a pretty picture. I like how the herbs are used to make trees and grass. How fun! :)
